So here it is. My very first blog posting in this Fitter by 40 blog.
I’m going to turn 40 years old in January 2018. For as long as I can remember, I have struggled with my weight and making good choices when it comes to food and fitness. There have been better and worse times, but I seem to consistently fall apart and stop working out and eat like crazy, which sabotages any progress I have made. I’m tired of repeating this cycle over and over again, so I’m going to do something differently this time. This year, I’m going to commit myself to this healthy journey and document my progress, including my setbacks, so that I can achieve my goal of being fitter by 40!
